The following services are available:

• View and pay Utility Billing accounts online.

All payments are subject to a convenience fee  as follows: Credit/Debit $1.85 plus .60% of the transaction amount, One-Time Electronic Check $2.75, Recurring Electronic Check $2.25

***Disconnect Notice***

Payments made after services have been disconnected for non-payment must include an additional $60 reconnection fee.  If this is your second disconnect for non-payment, an additional $100 deposit must also be collected in addition to the $60 reconnection fee.  These additional amounts plus the full account balance must be paid in order for services to be reconnected.
