The following services are available:

• View and pay Utility Billing accounts online.

All payments are subject to a convenience fee  as follows: Credit/Debit $1.85 plus .60% of the transaction amount, One-Time Electronic Check $2.75, Recurring Electronic Check $2.25

To mitigate fraud, the payment portal will be enhancing the ZIP code validation on all credit and debit card transactions as of June 15, 2026. When card payments are submitted for processing, the ZIP code entered must match the billing ZIP code on file with your card issuer. Payments with a mismatched ZIP code will be declined. To avoid any disruption in payments, please log into the payment portal and confirm your saved payment information is up to date.

***Disconnect Notice***

Payments made after services have been disconnected for non-payment must include an additional $60 reconnection fee.  If this is your second disconnect for non-payment, an additional $100 deposit must also be collected in addition to the $60 reconnection fee.  These additional amounts plus the full account balance must be paid in order for services to be reconnected.
